Chinese New Year Holiday Notices:
1. Service Update:
Our office will be closed from January 20th to February 4th for the Chinese New Year holiday. During the promotional period, our live chat support will be unavailable. Response times may extend to up to 72 hours. We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding. For assistance, please visit our support center or submit a service ticket. Our team will respond to your inquiry as soon as we receive your request.
2. Order Delays:
During the promotional period, machines(LP2/LP3 Basic Bundle/LP4/LP5)in Australia will be shipped from Australia warehouses as usual, unaffected by the Chinese New Year holiday. Accessories, Materials, and machines for other countries will be shipped starting from February 10th, based on the order date. The shipping time for specific products can be found in the table below.

- Separate Accessories or Materials: Shipped from our warehouse in China. Delivery usually takes 10-30 business days.
- Pre-order Products: First sent from China to the local warehouse, then delivered to you from the local warehouse. Please refer to the relevant product page for the expected shipping time.
Notice:
- If your order includes both a machine and separate accessories or materials, the items will be shipped separately.
- Delivery may experience slight delays during shopping seasons. If there is a significant delay, we will notice you by a seperate email.
Taxes/Duties:
Please be aware that there may be additional customs fees depending on the policies of different countries. Extra charges such as customs clearance fees, local shipping charges, or administrative fees will be borne by you.
Notice: Sales Tax vs. Customs Duty
Sales Tax: A sales tax is imposed by the government on the sale of products and services. LaserPecker collects it at the point of sale and remits it to the government. Sales tax rates vary by region and product type.
Customs Duty: A customs duty, also known as an import duty or tariff, is imposed on packages transported across international borders. Customs authorities collect it at the point of entry into a country. The duty rate is determined by the classification and value of the packages.
Shipping Notification:
After you successfully place your order, you will receive an Order Confirmation email with your order information confirmed. When your order is shipped out, you will receive a Shipment Notification email as well with your order number, shipping information, and parcel tracking number, and you can also track the status of your order via the email.

Please make sure the email address you provided is valid. If the email address you provide is invalid or is not used, we will not be liable for any risks or losses resulting therefrom.

Notice:
1. Please make sure your shipping address, name, address and contact information are correct before completing your order. If you would like to change the delivery address, please send us an email (services@laserpecker.com) within 24 hours of ordering and provide us with the correct delivery address. Otherwise we will ship the products to the address according to your order information. If a change to the delivery address is only requested after the order has been dispatched, we can no longer guarantee that the delivery address of the order can be updated. In addition, in this case, responsibility no longer lies with LaserPecker and all associated risks and costs are transferred to the customer.
2. If you change your mind midway, please contact us at: services@laserpecker.com to explain the situation and cancel the order. We will then process the return for you in accordance with our return/refund policy.
3. Please do not simply reject the package. If the customer rejects the package, all risks and costs associated with the rejection will pass to the customer.
If you do not receive the package, please contact us at services@laserpecker.com within 7 days of the delivery suggested by the official tracking system of logistics companies, or we shall bear no responsibility on this occasion.
4. If our products are damaged due to improper transportation, please contact us immediately at support@laserpecker.com and provide us with photos of the product and packaging after you receive your package. We ask for your understanding and patience in this situation.
5. If there is any damage to the package and/or products inside, or if there is any item(s) missing, please contact us at support@laserpecker.com within the day of receipt and provide us with pictures and/or videos.
