1. Plug Type:

We will ship the plug adapter that corresponds to the standard plug type for the destination country. The following are the plug types based on country:

  • Australia, New Zealand: AU Plug
  • Mexico, Philippines, Colombia: US Plug
  • Israel, Norway: EU Plug
  • Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Singapore: UK Plug

2. Processing Time:

All orders will be processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.

    Notice: 

    • If your order includes both a machine and separate accessories or materials, the items will be shipped separately.
    • Pre-order Products will be first sent from China to the local warehouse, then delivered to you from the local warehouse (if available). Please refer to the relevant product page for the expected shipping time.
    • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email.

    4. Taxes/Duties:

    Please be aware that there may be additional customs fees depending on the policies of different countries. Extra charges such as customs clearance fees, local shipping charges, or administrative fees will be borne by you.

    GST/VAT/HST and other fees: We collect GST according to the local policy of your shipping place.
    Tariff: All international orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT/GST, or import fees as assessed by your country’s customs authorities.These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are calculated based on the product value and local regulations.
    This policy applies to shipments to Australia, New Zealand, Mexico, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Israel, Singapore, the Philippines, Norway, and Colombia.

    5. Order Tracking Information:

    After you successfully place your order, you will receive an Order Confirmation email with your order information confirmed. When your order is shipped out, you will receive a Shipment Notification email as well with your order number, shipping information, and parcel tracking number, allowing you to monitor the delivery progress.

    You can track your order directly via the Shipment Notification email or by visiting your order history in the Account Center. Alternatively, you may track your order HERE ( https://global.laserpecker.net/apps/parcelpanel )It may take up to 72 hours for your tracking number to be activated.

    Things about order modification, refund processing, shipping updating and so on will be notified to you in real time by email as well.

    Please make sure the email address you provided is valid. If the email address you provide is invalid or is not used, we will not be liable for any risks or losses resulting therefrom.

    6. Checkout Currency:

    All orders placed through the LaserPecker Global store are charged in US Dollars (USD). Please note that your bank may apply a foreign transaction fee if your card’s billing currency is different.

    7. Shipment Carriers:

    Our current primary shipping carriers are FastWay, UPS, DHL and FedEx.

    8. Shipping Restrictions

    You may only ship to one address per order. If your order contains items that require shipping to multiple locations, you will need to place separate orders for each address.

    We can ship orders to Australia/New Zealand/Mexico/United Arab Emirates/Saudi Arabia/Israel/Singapore/Philippines/Norway/Colombia(extra charges may apply). You may determine shipping rates to your destination at the checkout page.

    9. Shipping Information

    Please confirm your shipping address prior to completing your order. If you want to modify your shipping address, please email us at services@laserpecker.com within 48 hours of purchase, or we will ship to the address according to your order information.

    10. Delivery

    As our laser machines are high-value items, please monitor the delivery schedule. In case you are not at home during the delivery window, we recommend contacting the carrier in advance to arrange a suitable delivery time to ensure you are available to receive the package successfully.

    Once you (or someone else on your behalf) collect the item, LaserPecker will consider this your acceptance of the package, quantity, and product.

    11. Damages

    If you received your order damaged, please contact LaserPecker Support within 7 business days at services@laserpecker.com.

    We are not responsible for any losses, including missing parcels, package damage, losses due to the delay, and other losses caused by the shipping carrier. However, we will help you contact the responsible shipping carrier. Please save all packing and the damaged goods as they may be required for filing a claim against the shipping carrier.
