The presale deposit window runs from Sep. 16 to Sep. 17, 2026 — 48 hours only.
3. How does the $200 discount work?
Once the 9th Anniversary Sale begins on Sep. 18, 2026, your $200 discount will be automatically applied to your machine purchase at checkout. No code needed.
4. Will I receive a physical product with this deposit?
No. This is a digital presale deposit only. No physical product will be shipped. You'll receive a $200 discount applied to your machine purchase when the sale begins.
5. Can I use the deposit and discount on any machine?
Yes. The $200 discount can be applied to any machine purchase during the sale, unless otherwise stated.
6. Can the deposit discount be combined with other offers?
No. The deposit and the $200 discount cannot be combined with other offers, coupons, or promotions unless stated otherwise.
7. What happens if I don't place an order during the sale?
You can contact customer service before Sep. 30, 2026 for a full refund of your $100 deposit.
8. What happens if I don't claim a refund before Sep. 30?
After Sep. 30, 2026, unclaimed deposits will be automatically converted into a gift card issued to your account. The gift card is valid until December 31, 2026.
9. Is the deposit refundable?
Yes. The deposit is fully refundable if you contact customer service before Sep. 30, 2026, and you have not placed an order during the sale.
10. Can I transfer the deposit to someone else?
No. The deposit is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
11. Will the deposit be applied automatically when I place my order?
Yes. Once the sale begins, the $200 discount will be automatically applied at checkout when you place your order.
